Dave is businesslike, knowledgeable, and exceptionally patient. He is a strong teacher for those of us trying to join the rest of the computer world, and really for all levels of experience. He knows his stuff and knows how to explain it — even more than once when needed.
I had to teach a 300-person class and had never used PowerPoint in my life. Two sessions with Dave had me up and running. We covered much more than I expected, including images and video, and the students really responded to the slides.
David worked around my demanding travel schedule and gave me private classes at my office. He was patient, step-by-step, and creative. He helped my presentation really come alive, and I received a standing ovation.
